Weaving Care Instructions
Woven of 100% wool, dry-cleaning is recommended; however, these Zapotec weavings may be spot cleaned with water.
Vacuuming rugs is okay, but take care not to catch the fringe!
Concerning rugs with fringe - As the fringe runs throughout the weaving it may not be cut-off. If fringe is not preferred it may woven into the rug or knotted closer to the rug and cut above the knot.
Due to their content Zapotec weavings may be subject to wool moths. Check your weaving at least twice a year for their traces.
